Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time

Standard Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (depending on product and destination).

Freight Delivery for Large Items
For oversized products (e.g., saunas, spas, massage chairs):

Delivery is Curbside or Threshold unless otherwise stated.

Carriers will contact you in advance to schedule delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled window.
Delivery Inspection
Upon arrival:

Inspect your order before signing.

If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We’ll assist you promptly with replacements or claims.
Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $999.

For orders under $999, a flat shipping rate may apply (see checkout page for details).
