We offer FREE shipping on all orders to customers within the USA. At Seraphic Spa, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent—no fine print or hidden charges.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we’ve received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

  • Once we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that your item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment.

  • If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternate arrangements.

  • If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.


Order Shipment

  • If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout.

  • If you do not receive shipping confirmation within four business days, please feel free to follow up with us at support@seraphicspa.com.


International Orders
Please note that our products are designed specifically for the USA market. This means they require a 240V electrical system to function correctly.

  • While our products are certified to USA standards, they may not meet the electrical safety standards of other countries.

  • We are happy to ship internationally! Due to the wide variety of product dimensions, we will provide an up-to-date shipping quote upon request.

  • If you’re satisfied with the shipping quote, we will prepare your order and process payment through our ultra-secure online payment gateway.


Damages

  • Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the delivery.

  • If you accept delivery, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products using your smartphone or camera.

  • If your item(s) arrive damaged, email the photos to support@seraphicspa.com and visit our Returns Page to lodge your return claim online.
