At Seraphic Spa, we stand by the quality of every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations or suit your needs. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at support@seraphicspa.com with your order number. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to process your return.

Please Note:

  • You, as the customer, will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the processing of your refund.

Return Conditions:

  • To receive a refund, the item(s) must be returned in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • "Like New" means the item(s) must show no visual signs of wear or use.

  • Items returned with visible wear, damage, or issues caused by use will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Damages
If your product arrives damaged, you must note the damage immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@seraphicspa.com on the day of delivery.

  • Seraphic Spa will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

  • Always keep the original packaging for any items that need to be returned.

  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before processing.

We guarantee that you’ll receive the product you ordered in perfect condition. Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

  • Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after shipment will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • If a specific vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be clearly noted in the product description or return information.

  • Products labeled as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for returns.

  • Seraphic Spa only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for one-time use or temporary use (e.g., trade shows, conferences, promotional events) are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
